Abstract:
The Constant-score is the official score of the European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, SECEC/ESSSE and the German Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (DVSE). A Constant-score based questionnaire shall be assessed with the purpose of reliability and validity compared to a surgeons assessed Constant-score. This Constant-score based questionnaire shall allow a self assessement of the patients without clinical examination of their doctor. The first Constant-score e did not fulfill thr criteria, but the analysis of the failure allowed a modification of the initial questionaire with good reliability and validity.
