Title:
Analysis of neuromuscular insufficiency in rotator cuff disease.

Abstract:
Molecular genetic markers of denervation (expression of fetal AchR) and immunhistochemical findings are evaluated in biopsies of human rotator cuff and deltoid muscles of patients suffering from subacromial pain. These parameters are correlated to clinical and neurophysiological findings.
