Abstract:
Dynamic contour-tonometry is a new method to measure intraocular pressure which holds promise to be independent of central conrneal thickness, a major confounder of conventional Goldmann- and non-contact- tonometry.
To assess the interindividual accuracy and the feasibility of a posture-independent device to determine intraocular pressure in patients with congenital glaucoma, as compared to intracameral measurements, are of particular interest.
