Kurzbeschreibung:
Im Rahmen des Projektes werden Grundlagenexperimente zu den Eigenschaften von Elektronen-Inversionsschichten in AlGaAs-GaAs und MgCdTe-CdTe Heterostrukturen durch Ferninfrarot-Spektroskopie in der Frequenzdomäne angestrebt. Durch das Studium von Intra- und Intersubbandanregungen sollen offene Fragen zu Dispersionsrelationen, Kopplungsphänomenen an Phononen und Vielteilcheneinflüssen beantwortet werden. Insbesondere durch Experimente zur Temperaturabhängigkeit der Zyklotron-, Plasmon- und Intersubbandresonanz werden neue Erkenntnisse zum Einfluss des Elektronenspins, der Elektron-Elektron- und der Elektron-Phonon-Wechselwirkung erwartet.
