Abstract:
IL-4 and IL-5 play a decisive role in the immune system and in the pathogenesis of disease states as alleries and asthma. The present project wants to use rational and strucure-based approaches to identify low molecular weight substencies acting as inhibitors of the Il-4 and IL-5 receptor alpha chains.
