Abstract:
Within the SIOP2001 Wilms tumor study we maintain the German Wilms tumor tissue bank. Through the use of various molecular genetic analyses (LOH, mutation screening, expression profiles) we aim to identify markers that may provide new prognostic or therapeutic leads in future.
