Abstract:
Probes will be developed in order to detect recombinant and pathogenic bacteria in environmental samples by DNA array technology. The probes will be initially spottet on a macroarray in order to test them. Suitable hybridisation- and test conditions will be established in order to detect bacteria in environmental samples.
