In diesem Projekt wird in Anlehnung an unsere Vorarbeiten der Effekt von Abreibpartikel (TiAlVa; PE) auf die Differenzierung, Proliferationsverhalten und Expressionsmuster (unterschiedlicher Zytokine) von MSC untersucht. Methodisch werden eingesetzt: RT-PCR, Proliferationsassay, Immunhistochemie
