Abstract:
Anti-nuclear antibodies are the hallmarks of early onset juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and of SLE patients demonstrating autoimmunity. We assume that, as in SLE, receptor editing is activated in human peripheral blood B cells of children with ANA-positive arthritis.
