Abstract:
Using transcriptome and proteome analysis as well as mutant construction and their functional analysis in vitro and in cell culture models, the global transcriptional and translational pattern of pathogenic Listeria as well as the role of transcription and other factors is studied under different conditions. The role of these components in the infection process is investigated using culture methods.
